I was walking in central park when I stumbled on a rock. Suddenly I found myself falling down a long tunnel.

Luxa held on tight to Aurora. SHe had heard that the scouts had seen something fall from a gate. Could it be her Gregor?

I land with a thump. I quickly get to my feet and stand in the darkness,
."hello? " I called into the darkness.

I was following Luxa a couple bat lengths behind, but she never noticed, too focused on getting to the Gate. I landed a couple of minutes later and saw Luxa and a strange girl on the ground. She was an Overlander like Gregor, I could tell. "Hello stranger, how may thoust help?" I aked, calling out to them.

"I am Queen Luxa of the Underlanders. This is the Flyer Artemis. I ride Aurora, the Golden Flyer... Or Bat, as you call them I believe. Behind me is my Sister, Melantha of Regalia. Who art thou?"

"Um, I'm Lexi Meurtrier. I'm from new York." I pause."wait, these people knew where I was they probably knew where I was from." I think to myself.."So this is the underland?" I ask

Luxa sighed. "You are Underground, the Underland as we call it. You fell through a gate from your world to ours. Here, we have giant versions of your cretures. You have probably never seen a a rat Ten Hands high before. We must go to our City, Regalia. We shall explain more there. Our time here is-" A shadow cast darkness against them. "Get on the flyer. Now." Luxa ordered and made her way to Aurora's back. She extended a hand to Lexi.

I take Luxa's hand and hop on the bat. "What's going on?!?" I ask worried.

A Serpent slowly rose out of the gloom. "Aurora, move quickly and change height often." Luxa ordered. "Have thou ever shot a bow?" Luxa asked Lexi.

"Good," I said. "Fly you high Aleta, quite literally!" I said. And with that we flew away, but the Serpent slithered behind us quickly.

"Then use this!" Luxa said, jutting a bow to Lexi's hand. She nodded at her sister, then flipped off Aurora to land on the ground. She raised her sword and waited for her sister to land. "Aurora, Head to Vikus!" Aurora looked back. "Thy cannot leave you." Luxa groaned. "I shall be fine." She charged the Serpent and cut it. Then it raised to strike and she realized what a bad idea this was. She shook her head at Melantha, telling her not to jump, and ran forward and jumped as high as she could and tried to propel herself off a wall. Aurora quickly landed under her, just barely. Luxa quickly acknowledged the wounds she got. Then she continued flying. "Shoot!" She ordered Lexi.

Artemis dove for the Serpent, tangling her claws into it. She tugged on the (Are they called Strikers or Slitherers?) and tugged it into the air,hoping to not get bitten. "Shoot now!" She called to the one called Lexi.

I load the bow and shoot it either in the heart or the eye. I still couldn't see all that well.
